30 day manufacturer’s warranty on defects. To make a claim, simply email sales@thebandannacompany.com.
Returns
We strive to do our best but sometimes mistakes are made. If there is an error with your order, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately so we can correct the error. In the case of exchanges or returns, prior RMA (Returned Merchandising Authorization) is required and will only be accepted within 30 days of receipt of product. A 15% restocking fee will be charged and the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. For assistance, contact customer service at 800-845-2744.
Shipping
All orders are shipped in bulk. In the event an item is out of stock or will not be shipped as agreed, we will contact you with an estimated time for delivery. We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL and common carrier. We are not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier. Damages caused during transit must be made against the shipping company.
